Prism Solutions (www.prism.uk.com), a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Cheshire, is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of Inside IT, a well-established IT services and support provider based in Southam, Warwickshire. This strategic move expands Prism’s reach and capabilities while enhancing the level of service provided to both existing and new clients.

Inside IT has a rich history dating back to the 1980s when it started as a software solutions provider catering primarily to the automotive industry. Over the years, it successfully transitioned into a trusted IT services and support company, serving a diverse clientele, including the Automotive, Care Sector, Local Authority/Local Services, Agriculture, and Non-Profit sectors. Inside IT currently supports approximately 1,600 users, many of whom are already benefiting from the expanded range of services and expertise provided by Prism.
