Technical support engineer

An experienced, enthusiastic, organised and committed Technical Support Engineer to join our busy team.

Prism, an award winning supplier of outsourced IT services nationally from our Headquarters in Congleton, require an experienced, enthusiastic, organised and committed Technical Support Engineer to join our busy team.

You will provide first and second line support to clients, remotely and on site. You will also be able to design and cost hardware and software solutions.

The successful applicant will be experienced with all Windows desktop and server operating systems, Exchange messaging systems, Office 365 and understand IP networking and associated technology.
You will be used to supporting SMEs and have current MSP experience.
Service delivery excellence is essential- you will be immaculately presented, have great interpersonal and communication skills plus the desire to succeed in a rapidly growing company.
