Microsoft develop their cloud products further

Microsoft announce their latest step towards true cloud unification, with further developments to the SharePoint and OneDrive Platforms as well as the announcement of OneDrive for iOS.

Previously two completely separate pieces of software, Microsoft have this month announced the ability to access, edit, share and access offline files stored within OneDrive and SharePoint using the OneDrive iOS app.

The move sees Microsoft continue to adopt their more pragmatic approach to software distribution; as it moves towards full integration into previously unsupported platforms.

Microsoft shows no signs of slowing down as they add robust tools for businesses to securely collaborate.

Other notable announcements include the ability to intuitively copy files from OneDrive to SharePoint documents libraries, further security controls and new advanced discovery, search and filter tools.
