Improving our IT support services in London

We’re delighted to announce that we have this month extended our national reach with the opening of our London IT Support Office!

Prism now has a 50/50 geographical split between our clients based in the North and South of the UK. To ensure Prism could bolster operations in the South East plans were formulated in 2012 for a new office and in January 2013 the expansion in the South was completed by the opening of the new “state of the art” office in East London. This is great news for our clients who can now expect a dedicated team based in a regional location.

Consistent, timely and accurate service delivery has and always will be the core of any service based business. Our key objective is to duplicate and improve what we have delivered successfully from the Cheshire based office for many years, but improve upon the aforementioned points by establishing our regional presence.

A string of national and regional awards were won by Prism in 2012, including the coveted National Chamber of Commerce Award for Excellence in Customer Service. It was in part our on-going commitment to developing relationships with our loyal client bases in both the North and South which impressed the panel of judges.
