Prism Cloud Backup Service

If you are currently using our Prism data backup product, you can be safe in the knowledge that you are using one of the most reliable and secure methods of protecting your critical information, however, please be aware that the program can only backup information that you have selected, and if you have made any changes to the locations, names or archived emails of your stored files, your backup selections may need to be adjusted.

The username, password and encryption key that is related to your backup account is also of paramount importance, as without this information, neither you or Prism will be able to access your stored information in the event of a disaster.

Whilst we always try to alert you to potential problems, the responsibility for your username, password and encryption key along with ensuring that your backup is running and protecting all your data is ultimately yours.
