Q. What does your solution actually do?

A.  KashFlow is here to help you manage your day to day accounts.  Even at its most basic level, you can create an invoice, send it to your client and then track it until it is paid.

Q. My company has a £2m annual turnover and we spend too much on Sage, is it for me?

A. This purely depends on the amount of transactions your company produces; KashFlow has the ability to deal with transactions no problem.  However, if you typically make hundreds of transactions a day it maybe that other systems are more suitable.  The stock system is very basic, so if your company holds a lot of stock KashFlow may not be for you.

Q. I am a sole trader currently looking to employ a P.A. soon as I am always on the move, would I benefit from using the software?

A. The great news is that you can access KashFlow from your phone, tablet or computer as long as you have an internet connection, there is even an app for the I Phone.  Both you and your P.A will be able to access the system should you allow them access.  You can even keep track of your purchase expenses while on the move and in meetings.

Q. How secure is the system?

A.  KashFlow is completely secure and is based in the UK, unlike some other pieces of software on the market.  The security has been compared to that of your online banking.  All data is also backed up for you automatically, you just need to select how often.

Q. Will KashFlow work with my computer?

A. KashFlow simply requires a web browser with access to the internet.  That is it! Any browser will give you access.  The only additional software you would need is the free PDF view from adobe.  This is available to download here

Q. I currently use Sage and find it gives great reporting options.  Can your package do anything like this? 

A. The solution we provide offers over 40 reporting options, from the essential reports to the finer things.  Give the free trial a test run to see which reports suit your business best.

Q. Sage and other products I have tried are very time consuming, how do I know KashFlow isn’t the same?

A.  KashFlow is jargon free and almost fool proof – not only that, when you do come across a problem the email support option and knowledge base can solve this for you with a swift response.  The software provides you with auto emails when invoices are overdue.  The software also saves time in the form of audit checks, if everything is accurate this means less time and money is spent on auditing your company accounts.

Q. I’m still not sure it is for me, why should I spend money on your software when I am a start up business and I need to keep costs low?

A. The truth is that no matter what size your business your accounts still need to be accurate, audited and if you want to make money, up to date and everything in order.  KashFlow ticks all the boxes, thus saving you time and money on the essential costs of business.  We’re not saying its free, it is just much more cost effective than other options out there.

Q. What if I decide I don’t want to take the software after my 30 day free trial?
