Prism Total Care Support
Prism Total Care Support offers one third remote support, one third proactive advice and guidance and one third insurance against your businesses requirement for onsite support. You will receive routine health checks, finalised by a report detailing the engineer’s findings and recommendations and all onsite breakfix labour inclusively included in your monthly subscription. This is the ideal package for the business wanting to manage IT budgets.
Prism Total Care Plus Support
Prism Total Care Plus offers all the benefits of the Total Care package discussed above, but has been designed from an understanding that some businesses benefit from further improvements in preventative maintenance, increased support priorities, decreased business downtime, increased infrastructure monitoring, asset management, extended support hours and additional security benefits.
