Service 60

Access to your very own IT Help Desk for under £20 (ex VAT) a month.

For all of those day-to-day printing problems, email queries and general advice and guideance, our UK based Service Desk gives you unlimited access to Microsoft certified technicians.

Service 60 is our most popular package, and ensures that you always have somebody to talk to if you need help. We will try and resolve your problem by remotely controlling your PC, and currently we manage to resolve 89% of requests for help using this method.

We promise to:

  • Answer the call personally within 30 seconds
  • Begin work within 60 mins of a request being made
  • Offer unlimited remote and telephone based support

If we can’t fix your problem remotely, we guarantee to send a qualified engineer to you the very next day and charge you 20% less than our normal rates for the time spent on site.

Total Care

Sometimes the quickest way to solve a problem is face-to-face. Our Total Care package offers the same benefits as Service 60, but with the added benefit that if we need to send an engineer to your premises there will be no charge at all to resolve break-fix issues apart from any parts you need.

Total Care also includes routine engineer visits for proactive maintenance, after all, prevention of a problem is better than a cure.
