Prism always recommend opting for the three year next business day warranty on all PC & server hardware - its quite simple really, the cost of repairing hardware often becomes uneconomic quite soon on in the machines life time as in todays IT market place the cost of people far outweighs the cost of hardware. We also see many people who opt for "collect and return warranties" , unfortunately when these machines experience problems they have to be returned to the manufacturer, fixed and then returned, we have seen clients left without machines for upto a month with no loan equipment.

Fixed Price On Site Install
As many clients required their new equipment installing we decided to offer fixed price engineer visits on any Prism supplied hardware, we will transfer any data and network the new equipment accordingly.
