We will manage all aspects of the project through to your signing off the completed work allowing you to benefit from the integration of our products and services.
You are then able to call our dedicated support team who work to a very demanding service standard of resolving issues within 60 minutes of your call being placed. This can include seeking your permission to access your systems remotely, talking you through tasks over the phone or a site visit.
We are so confident in our approach that we do not stipulate contracts with any of our subscription services; whether you opt to take our broadband, support or data back up service we will not tie you in.
