Why choose Broadband from prism Internet?
Many other ISPs in the market place are offering cut-price diluted connections that are mainly targeted at the home user. These connections, whilst suitable for some people, offer little or no installation services or support. They tie the customer into 12-month contracts and do not provide advice on problems not linked to the connection itself.
These connections are cheap for a reason. They usually offer a slower download speed, have limitations on the amount that you can use the Internet in any given month, are operated as a loss leader or they are completely over-subscribed, meaning that you receive poor quality access at peak times.
When you choose prism broadband, a qualified engineer will attend your premises in order to install and configure the Internet access, including email and any other related systems. Like many of our customers, you might take this opportunity to install wireless networks, routed connections or VPN set-ups.
How much?
Well, it’s not free – but neither are the other providers in the sector claiming to be! How could we offer such an excellent service and not charge for it? It is very difficult to draw fair comparisons in today’s market place as many other providers hide their charges and terms in the small print. All packages can be installed with a router for multiple computers/users or a modem for single computers/users. Our price for the installation is fixed regardless of the service you choose and will include all micro-filters and cables where necessary.
